Description
In order to print on film materials, ZONTEN has added a 680MM sleeve printing machine on the basis of 420 wide format to address the change in printing process of customers from gravure to offset printing.
SMART -680 sleeve printing machine adds water cooling function to the ink circuit system to ensure that the temperature of the rubber roller remains the same during long-term printing. The uv part adopts chill drum + LED uv dryer, so that the machine can print at least 15micron film, and overprint adjustment The accuracy is accurate to 0.05mm, and the axial and radial overprinting can be automatically adjusted at the same time, and the overprinting error can be automatically identified and corrected from time to time to ensure stable overprinting.
In addition, the SMART-680 sleeve printing machine can adjust the machine parameters at any time through the digital handle and store and call the work order produced each time. This work order data contains the optimal state of the machine in the production of this job. These data will set the equipment status when the work order is stored and recalled.
The central console can realize all the control of the printing press. In addition to the basic functions of starting up, shutting down, speed adjustment, counting, etc., it can also store and recall work, automatically control the amount of water and ink in offset printing, overprint control and real-time detection.

Full Chilling drum system:
There’s 4 chilling roller on inking system , and one chilling drum before LED UV dryer to ensure the temperature of the material surface, so that it won’t be shirnkable. the minmium thickness material can reach 15 micron.
Combinated Flexo unit . Adopt the classic petal structure, the plate cylinder is easy to replace, suitable for large-solid printing and coating.
