Description
Smart-420 is the first high-end combined offset & flexo interchange printing machine in China. Before that, the only choice for customers was the European and American markets such as nilpeter printing machine.
However, it is well known that the market positioning of nilpeter printing machine is very high-end, and ordinary small and medium-sized enterprises cannot afford the value of its equipment. Only global printing companies like CCL can purchase in large quantities. The introduction of SMART-420 equipment has made up for the gap in the country, while also allowing customers to have more choices.
ZONTEN has spent 10 years devoted to development. Based on the high-end equipment OMET/Nilpeter printing machine in Europe and America, SMART-420 has a more stable ink circuit system, and the machine speed can reach 150 meters per minute. Although the mechanical quality/printing quality is not comparable to the Nilpeter printing machine, we believe that as long as we continue to invest in research and development, we will give SMART-420 more competitive opportunities in the near future.

More Details
Upon side is two corona treatment to deal both side of material before printing , especially for film material to increase the surface to lock the ink
Down side is the web cleaner to keep material without dust before printing.
Automatic register system
The register accuracy is 0.05mm ,and can be automatic adjust in axial direction and radial direction .it automatically to identify register error , adjust to correct from time to time to guarantee steady register
Offset unit : Double route inking system with 21 roller inside , every unit has 9 separated servo driver controled and B&R system.
All the inking roller adpot Brottcher Germany to ensure high printing quality
Automatic inking control system accuary control the quantity of ink all the time
Ink remover guarantee the ink always flowing.

The machine parameters can be adjusted and shored at every work order by digital handles with also contain the machine best state in the printing time .the data cam isedd to setting machine state when the work order is stored and recalled , and achieve the control to whole machine include the basic function turning on ,turning off , speed adjustment , counting etc ....
Moveable cold foil unit, according to the different requirement of lables, cold foil unit can move to any position to complete the job.
